Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE delivery on all orders in the UK.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders placed with us Monday to Friday before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed over the weekend and holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
Once your order was dispatched, it usually takes up to 1 business day (excluding Bank Holidays) to reach you.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal payment service.
WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
The debit on your card comes within a maximum of 7 days after your order. All bank transactions are protected and managed by the stripe company.

Only the orders placed via our website are eligible for the 100-night trial.

HOW DOES THE 100-NIGHT TRIAL WORK?
The only way to know whether our Morphée products are the right fit for you or your family is by testing them.
If you decide that our devices are not quite right for you or your family, then we'll be more than happy to take them back and give you a full refund. All you have to do is use our contact form to start the process. We'll take care of the rest.
WHEN DOES THE TRIAL PERIOD START?
Your trial starts on the day you receive your Morphée order.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?
All our products have a warranty of 2-years against any material and manufacturing defect under normal conditions of use.
I WANT TO RETURN, HOW CAN DO IT?
You can return your product within the framework of the 100-night trial. Returns are at customer's expense.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in good condition, and must include the charger and the blue book of sleep. If not, any refund or exchange will be refused.
To start a return, please contact us and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed the same way as purchases, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Read more.
